July Movie Theme
It's time to set sail and pick some movies!
We’re ready to start picking movies for July! We had a suggestion that we do a nautical themed month starting with Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, and we’ve decided to do just that!
A few other movies we can think of that fit the theme: The Sea Hawk, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, The Hunt for Red October… but really, we want to hear your suggestions! Please let us know in the comments what movies you’d like to see!
I would suggest "Das Boot", one of the best german films. However, there are three different versions: the original 150 minutes theatrical cut from 1981, the 290 minutes tv cut from 1984 and a 208 minutes director's cut from 1997.
